Carmen Energy Inc was incorporated summer 2010 as a Capital Pool Company working within the CPC program of the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange.  Over the next several months Carmen Energy undertook to complete several rounds of private placement financing with a view to completing an IPO followed by a Qualifying Transaction. As of June 27, 2011, having approved a qualifying transaction, Carmen Energy now has a portfolio which is a mix of low risk moderate return properties as well as higher risk higher return properties.

The current projects are:

• Jumpbush properties in south eastern Alberta
• Sylvan Lake area properties in Southern Alberta
• Viking-Kinsella area property in Central Alberta
• Hamburg farmin in northern western Alberta.
